1. Development status

Some products, images, renderings, structural concepts, smart features and technical information displayed on this website may represent concept designs, prototypes or products currently under development.

2. Specifications and visuals

Final product appearance, materials, colors, dimensions, functions, specifications and performance may change as a result of testing, engineering, sourcing, regulatory requirements or production preparation.

3. Weatherproof performance

“Weatherproof” means that a product is designed to provide outdoor protection when properly installed, maintained and used within its specified operating conditions. It does not mean that the product is indestructible, submersible or suitable for every extreme weather event, flood, fire or natural disaster.

4. Natural material variation

Natural wood, wood-plastic composite materials and other outdoor materials may develop reasonable variations in color, texture or appearance due to material characteristics, production batches, sunlight, temperature, humidity and continued outdoor exposure. Such natural changes do not necessarily indicate a product defect.

5. Smart features

Smart motorized doors, automated feeding, remote monitoring and intelligent ventilation systems may require a reliable power supply, internet connection, compatible device, application or other supporting service. Smart features are intended to support pet care and should not replace responsible supervision, routine inspection or appropriate safety measures.

6. Product selection and use

Customers are responsible for selecting a product appropriate for their pet's size, behavior, health and local climate, and for following all installation, maintenance and operating instructions.
